Support

Select an app you need support with:

Email support@okitori.com for anything to do with Kadojo: a bug, a purchase, your account or the Japanese content itself.

Reporting a problem

The more of this you can include, the faster we can help:

  • Your device and its operating system version, for example iPhone 14 on iOS 18.4;
  • The app version, if you know it;
  • What you were doing when the problem happened, and what you expected instead;
  • A screenshot or a short screen recording, if the problem is visible.

Common questions

I bought a subscription and the app still shows it as locked.
Open the paywall inside the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple or Google account you used to buy it, and that you are signed in to Kadojo with the same account you used before. If it still does not appear, email us with the store receipt and we will sort it out.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so they have to be cancelled where you bought them. On iPhone and iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment. For purchases on iPhone or iPad, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For purchases on Android, use Google Play. If a store turns down a request you believe is fair, write to us and we will look at it.

I changed phone. Where is my progress?
Sign in with the same account you used on your old phone and your collection will sync back down. If something looks missing after signing in, do not start over, email us first.

How do I delete my account?
Open your profile in the app and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your account and your progress, and it cannot be undone. You can also ask us to do it by emailing contact@okitori.com, and we will handle the request within 30 days. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is deleted and the two records that deliberately survive.

What is free, and what is paid?
The beginning of the learning path is free to use with no time limit and no daily cap. A subscription unlocks the rest of the catalogue.

Feedback and feature requests

Corrections to Japanese content, missing words, and ideas for what to build next are all welcome at the same address. Tell us what you were studying at the time and we can find it.
