Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any mobile applications or services published by Okitori Studios (the “Apps”). By using our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

1. Who May Use the Apps

You may use our Apps only if:

• You are at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country); and
• You have the legal right to use the Apps in your country of residence.

If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts and Authentication

Some Apps may require signing in with a third-party account (such as Google or Apple). By signing in, you authorize us to access limited personal information (such as your name and email address) as permitted by the platform you use.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity under it.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some Apps offer optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional content or features. Subscriptions are purchased through, and billed by, the app store from which you downloaded the App (Apple App Store or Google Play), under that store's own terms.

Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your app store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change subscription prices for new purchases; if a price change affects an existing subscription, you will be notified in advance and may cancel before it applies. Refunds for store-billed purchases are handled by the relevant app store under its policies.

4. Termination

You may stop using the Apps at any time and, where the App provides it, delete your account and associated data directly in the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps if you materially breach these Terms.

Cancelling a subscription or deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for any period already paid, except where the relevant app store's policies or applicable law provide otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for unlawful purposes;
• Interfere with or disrupt their operation;
• Access or use data not intended for you;
• Copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Apps.

We may modify, add, or remove features at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the Apps (including text, images, audio, and UI) are the property of Okitori Studios or its licensors. You may not reuse or reproduce this content without our permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, availability, or accuracy of content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Okitori Studios EURL shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Apps.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we do, we will notify you through the Apps or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
